Tonight Im gonna grill Tuna. Dont know what Im having with it yet.

One of my favorite fish lol. And one of the healthiest, also so easy to cook up. I can take a frozen fillet, throw it on the grill, and be done in 10 mins.

Was storming like crazy when I got home, so no grilled tuna, made fried flounder tonight instead, with some rice and a veggie steamer.

I like Salmon also.  Not too difficult to find fresh salmon around these parts when in season!



I like it smoked too!  Some other fish just don't have the flavour, and Salmon would typically be my 'go-to' fish, when I wanna get my fish on.

Just learned that salmon isn't too popular in Australia, as the locals often find it a bit too 'strong' tasting compared to the weaker tasting fish that they generally prefer...

Mine too. First time I ever heard of fried salmon was when I went to Seattle, was so good, and I make it better at home lol. Salmon is so versatile, you can do a lot with it.
