It's going to be a baking kind of day. Caramelized onion bread, heavy on the onions. And a chocolate cake for the wife to take to work. Pics to follow.
I've learned that if someone asks you a really stupid question and you reply by telling them what time it is, they'll leave you alone

The bread turned out pretty awesome. The loaf we cut, was bumped when putting in the oven and it deflated a little. Texture was still really good. Yes we did put some butter on that piece while it was hot. I used 3 medium onions. The onions were some of the sweetest after caramelizing I have ever had. Going to be some really good sandwiches made this week.
