I fried up some streaky bacon and mushrooms and made pasta carbonara (from a store bought jar version), because I quite frankly couldn't be bothered...

We used to catch and eat snapper almost daily when we lived in Florida on the Gulf side, a light to medium red flesh



Every morning I "butter toast by brushing on extra virgin olive oil (a term I find hard to relate to, lol). Applied before toasting (so long as one uses a toaster oven) .. makes it taste great & gives one the good for you omegas of salmon etc



Light garlic tiger prawns are a wonderful treat  .. high in cholesterol, but a delight once in a while .. I tell myself the extra virgin olive oil I apply to it offsets the cholesterol   :001_rolleyes:

It was a spur of the movement thing, and I had to use up half a can of spam and make something at 7pm for dinner when we got home. (Kid's bedtime is 8pm).



They had extra serves each.
