Brisket for Thanksgiving this year. Low and slow. It cooked another 6 hours after these pics. Made a fresh batch of BBQ sauce with caramelized onions. Going to be a tasty dinner tomorrow.

Barbecued hoisin chicken skewers, mixed salad (Cos lettuce, carrot, red onion, avocado, cucumber, and baked garlic croutons), and pickled vegetables... with lemon slices on the side.
