No...just ripe. I slice it in half and turn the dull side of a butter knife along the skin, then plop it out on a plate with the other ingredients.



When I lived in South America, everybody would peel their avocados..



I worked out how to do it without peeling.



My girlfriend at the time was amazed.



She was also amazed by my use of cellophane tape to remove fuzzies from clothing...

I really like avacado smoothies.

Our avacados are imported from California or Mexico.
