I took some previously cooked turkey out of the freezer yesterday..



We're having hot turkey sandwiches with broccoli and gravy.

Last few weeks or so we have been making recipes from Sam the Cooking Guy's youtube channel. He can be entertaining, especially when he eats something too hot and burns his mouth.

First is an onion soup, then a meat ball stroganoff, and finally birria tacos. They were all very tasty.

I've learned that if someone asks you a really stupid question and you reply by telling them what time it is, they'll leave you alone

The tortilla's were dipped in the juice from the insta pot and then they were put on a griddle to crisp up. Just used the juice on the griddle to color and flavor the tortilla. So not fried in oil.
