We're having something different today..



I bought beef bacon which we'' have with eggs sunny side up, sweet potato fries and steamed broccoli.

I'm making vegetarian soba noodle bowls today for meatless Monday.

15 cloves of raw organic garlic from a huge bunch gifted to us from our daughter's classmate...



I can normally eat it like candy but this stuff nearly made me faint because of the strength....



2 cloves left and I'm a little scared....

I'm making roasted cauliflower pasta with  toasted walnuts, garlic, parsley and lemon zest for meatless Monday.

We had a big fat beef roast with baked root vegetables on Monday.
