Yup. It's probably easiest to use the same version and then update it to the new one (if you want) once it's up and running.

Again, Jaguar is a cheap low class hosting provider who has had nothing but problems as of late.  You can do much better.

I meant the phpbb (forum) version. The latest update evs just did is not compatible with the older one. If you're still using the old version it could be a pain in the butt if you try to do a restore from a backup into the new version. Better safe than sorry is my motto.
