      This is very interesting. If one guard has been caught then how many have gotten away with it ?I knew of one inmate who was given a bottle of rum or something like this for his birthday by a guard. Sex from female inmates ? The prison system guard jobs are being taken over by East Indians and everybody knows you can trust them so much and that they would never do anything pervy. Now if this is going on here then I wonder how bad it is going on in countries in Asia. I have a Tibetan friend who went missing for four years right before the Beijing 2008 Olympics and he told me that Tibetans were beaten to death by guards and Tibetans were beaten to death by Chinese inmates. I wouldn't be surprised if there wasn't some collusion between the guards and inmates in some of these killings
