Since when is seeking compensation for copyright infringement considered bullying? The legal issues aside, this not a situation pitting the America against Australia. It is an situation where a US based company is seeking legal retribution from a bunch of ocker thieves. Let's call it what it is, shall we.



Back in April the Aussie courts were more than willing to provide DBC with the requested ISPs. I wonder how much Kangaroo dung was spread around for the Aussie federal court to overturn the lower courts original decision. No doubt this is not over yet.

The point, however, is that the American company behind this move seemed blissfully unaware of Australian law.
