...Tonite, I'm having fresh sockeye salmon dipped in Teriyaki sauce with potatoes, zucchini and Spanish rice.

Man, it is sooo good. And the materials cost me less than $8 and my time to make & eat it.

I haven't eaten anything KFC in almost 2 years. Ever since I got a severe case of food poisoning from it, I can't get it past my nose without gagging.
