Not in the case of the Koch brothers. They used their wealth to fight for the freedom of individuals. That is a refreshing change from the Rockefellers, Tom Steyer, Nick Hanauer and of course Soros.

Koch industries unlike say Oprah Winfrey built real companies in real industries that providing real jobs. By billionaire standards he was alright.



He did not use his wealth to buy the kind of political influence that transferred money and power from the people to elites like say George Soros.
