Our summers have similar temperatures as your winters?

It was cooler than the prairies, especially at night and not as much sunshine.

There were a number of days in our winter where the temperature was the same as places in Canada.



Oddly, I was at a football game last year in our winter, when a group of young women sat beside me. They were soon identified as Canadian by their accent, and a large red leaf motif on their beanies. Some of the surrounding crowd starting telling them how the game is played (Aussies LIKE Canadians for some weird reason) and dialogue followed, during which one declared how COLD it was. She was rugged up in a parka, jumper and beanie and shivering.



It was 15C.
