Not like the Pacific coast in N. America or Hawaii. Always nice warm water here in any season. The hook for me.

Not like the Pacific coast in N. America or Hawaii. Always nice warm water here in any season. The hook for me.

I have hard that about Costa Rica. Anywhere in the Caribbean has good waters.

There are so many poutine variations today, but the original was fries, cheese curds and gravy I believe.
