Did you get face time with Cankles?

I liked the Old Apple, not its latest incarnation.

They lost many of their ideals and have become just another faceless hitech corporation. Quality isn't even their purpose anymore. Its profits.  The reason why those old apple computers were so good was they were made in america by workers who took pride in their work. The old apple pcs were like the old ford carts were quality was job number 1. They lost a bit on quality control when their producution got shipped off to china

Would most people be able to afford an IPad if it was made in the USA?

Is it preferable to have Apple made in the USA?

Apple has had a string of bad ideas since Steve Jobs died. I think the Apple watch plated with real gold was probably one of the bigger ones.

No headphone jack is a big mistake, and I would steer clear of buying a phone that needed to use bluetooth for the sake of connecting peripherals to it. It could be an idea to thwart damage from being accidentally submersed in liquid. Are there that many people dropping their phones in the toilet these days? How about they make a screen that doesn't crack easily?

Well, we know that's at the bottom of their to do list because a lot of people who inadvertently crack their screens end up buying a new phone, and they would miss the extra profits from all those clumsy people.

The Apple watch idea went over like a led balloon didn't it.

lol I really don't know what they were thinking. It has no potential for mass appeal, and I would think a new product of that price range should have at the very least that prerequisite.

It's not practical to use, it's not unique in function, and it's effectively driven to obsolescence by those two premises alone. If you have an Apple watch, you probably have an iPhone. What can the Apple watch do that you absolutely cannot do on your phone?

The Apple watch already seems so long ago.

I think the company would just as soon forget that failure.
