For 1980, this single track (the rest of their shit was shit), was ahead of the game, IMHO...
Three chord power pop... Made Blink 182 millions... It started here.
One of the recent bands who I think emulates this sound is The Struts.

This track does stand the test of time, IMHO:
The bands that have made something catchy and influential through it aren't always bringing something new to the table.
Next time just google the chorus or part of the song itself.
