"BPD officers made 520 stops for every 1,000 black residents in Baltimore, but only 180 stops for every 1,000 Caucasian residents," the Justice Department report notes."

Why are you excusing this shit and skipping over what has been REPORTED about police actions in the city? The JD has said the police are a part of the problem with the culture of Baltimore, that they abuse the law, abuse blacks, abuse the trust of citizens and abuse each other.  We generally don't pin medals on people who do shit like that.

As I've said, if there is a problem, it's because for too long the rank and file have been left to do a job with little or no support from the democratic politicians that run these hell holes like Baltimore.



Baltimore is not unique. Every run down inner city controlled by the left is the same; an armpit full of drugs, gangs, black on black violence and hopelessness........Detroit, Cleveland, Philly, Newark, Trenton, DC and the list goes on. Even NYC was head down the same path before Guilani made the necessary fiscal changes and gave the police the proper tools and funding needed to turn it around.

My brother is a policeman in an area with a large Aboriginal population..



Much of the same problems that exist in some large American cities can be seen on reserves..



The root of the problem on some reservs much like in Baltimore lies with corrupt local politicians ie band councils.
