In and Out is family owned and will not allow any outside influence which may affect the quality of the product. No outside companies, no franchising, they run it all themselves and every time I sink my teeth into a Double-Double I'm happy as hell that they do. It's the only fast food I'll eat.
It's just a fucking burger Ollie. Cheap ground beef with some additives between two pieces of a white bun.

It's far more than a burger. It's part of the culture of California. It's where you would go after attending the car show or going to the beach. Where you would stop in for a bite while cruising Whittier Boulevard on a Saturday night. Where you would meet up with friends before going to the rock concert.

The company logo is the palm tree that you see all over SoCal. Their t-shirts feature images right out of American Graffiti. It's what people think of when they think of California. If you grew up there as I did it becomes part of who you are and what you believe to be good and worth preserving.

And it is not cheap ground beef. They are extremely strict about using only the freshest ingredients which is why the family retains total control of the company so no compromises are ever made. Their products and their customers are the absolute highest priority for them and they will not waver from that. They have also been doing their best to keep prices down while not sacrificing quality.

It's one of the best examples of how a company should be run and if they leave it will be a massive mark of shame on California and further proof that leftists have destroyed the place which was once the envy of the world.

Try one of their burgers some day and you'll understand.

Yep, everything at INO (other than the condiments) is fresh, never frozen, and made the same day every day.  They grind the meat in their own facilities and deliver it the same day to the restaurant and they own their own bakeries where they bake the buns fresh every morning and then deliver them to restaurants.  If anything is unsold then it is donated to charity each night because it can't be used the next day.

They take fresh to a whole new level.

I read that they were here in Singapore, but left for 5 years. Now they are back.

I'm not into sandwiches, but may be I'll take my sons there.
