Quote from: Oerdin on February 27, 2025, 11:22:14 PMSadly, California let people steal and not get charged so virtually every black neighbor saw many (if not most) of the stores close due to hood rats stealing everything not bailed down.  Then those same idiots falsely cry racism because the stores in their areas all closed because blacks stole so much the store closed.

That is why there are "food deserts" which leftists endlessly whine about wrongly claiming it is proof of mythical racism.  No, it is just proof that store was unprofitable because local ghetto hood rats don't work, live off welfare, and steal whenever possible.

Well, white people caved to these stupid niggers and all it did was make them more entitled and feral. Abandon all hope.

TSMC to invest additional $100 billion in Arizona microchip manufacturing facility

President Donald Trump announced Monday that chip giant Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Co. (TSMC) plans to invest an additional $100 billion in the United States, including new and existing Phoenix-area sites.

TSMC, the world's biggest semiconductor manufacturer, produces chips for companies including Apple, Intel and Nvidia. The company had already announced plans to invest more than $65 billion in the U.S., including three plants in Arizona after the Biden administration offered billions in subsidies. Its first factory in Arizona has started mass production of its 4-nanometer chips.

Trump and TSMC's chief executive officer C. C. Wei said the $100 billion is on top of the $65 billion that was already announced. Wei said the investment will be for three more chip manufacturing plants, along with two packaging facilities, in Arizona.

California's green policies are designed only to harm people in the middle. They provide exemptions for the rich and famous.

Jay Leno is leading the charge for a likely exemptiion to the state's strict emissions law. The exemption would be for owners of vehicles more than thirty five years old. Mr Leno owns many old classic cars.

Only 40% of California voters approve of the legislature, and almost two-thirds have told pollsters the state is heading in the wrong direction. That helps explain why California residents — including about 1.1 million since 2021 — have been fleeing to other states.

Newsom could bring that kind of ideological madness to the White House.

This is Ottawa begging Alberta to stay after they have spent ten years trying to destroy the province and it's petroleum industry.

Senate votes to kill California electric car mandate

WASHINGTON D.C. — The Senate voted on Thursday to block California's first-in-the nation rule banning the sale of new gas-powered cars by 2035, moving to kill the country's most aggressive effort to transition toward electric vehicles as President Donald Trump's administration has doubled down on fossil fuels.

The measure overturning the rule now goes to the White House, where Trump is expected to sign it, along with a second one to block rules curbing tailpipe emissions from medium and heavy-duty vehicles. The Senate was also poised to pass a third measure later Thursday to overturn rules on smog-forming nitrogen oxide pollution from trucks. All three were approved by the House earlier this month.

California Gov. Gavin Newsom and state air regulators say that what Congress is doing is illegal and they will likely sue to keep the rules in place. Senate Democrats charged that Republicans are acting at the behest of the oil and gas industry and they say California should be able to set its own standards after obtaining waivers from the Environmental Protection Agency.
