Currently on 2023 California has $1 billion budgeted to be spent on all veteran services of all types.  Yet California currently budgets $23 billion to be spent on services for illegal aliens.  Vets make up 30% of the homeless population but no new veteran housing or retirement homes have been built in almost 40 years by the state.
