As for the weight and looks, a lot of guys think they look the same as they did in high school...its a brain defect.  Everyone ages...as for the weight...it is possible to keep at it and stay fit...but men begin to fill out as they age...broader chest and arms...its natural...saying you look the same as you did in high school means you look like a scraggly brat.
