There are more Marijuana smoke shops than Tim Horton Restaurants in Vancouver

....actually way more. More than MacDonald's restaurants too. I don't know what chemicals they put in the fast food, but maybe this led to all this drug addiction in Vancouver? Any event, the city just stinks of marijuana smoke stench.



There are even marijuana chain stores too. I think I've seen the store name 'Canna Clinic' more than once around the city.



I suppose this is the opposite of some countries where open consumption of pot may land the user in the slammer.



What's it like where you live? Is marijuana and the consumption of other drugs tolerated like Vancouver, strictly prohibited or in between those extremes?
