With the UN's help, it could build a rather safe and comfortable refugee camp inside its border. Its rather potent military would provide more than adequate protection. However, the refugees must remain in camp.



When Syria finally settles down, the refugees just go back home.



Simple. And Israel gets kudos for its humanitarian efforts.
