I am not much of a cook myself and I have no room for a smoker, but I love that show.

My husband made a smoker out of a couple of plant pots.  It could easily fit in a balcony so there are more compact options out there if you are interested.

My girlfriend told me our condo rules forbid using charcoal or wood for cooking on balconies. Darn it.

My husband has talked about building a barbeque pit in the yard, but we don't want to destroy the grass.
