Prominent Jewish Billionaires & Families:

Bronfman Family: Descendants of Samuel Bronfman (Seagram distilleries), including Charles Bronfman, known for vast fortunes in spirits, media (e.g., Warner Music), and significant philanthropy.

Reichmann Family: Built the Olympia & York empire (Canary Wharf, World Financial Center), though they faced major setbacks; known for real estate development.

Hershey Friedman: A Canadian Orthodox billionaire in packaging (Majestic), kosher meat (Empire), and real estate.

Sylvan Adams: Montreal-born real estate magnate who moved to Israel, known for large-scale philanthropy and business ventures.

I looked it up, none of those families or individuals made the top five.

What was surprising is if it is just individuals, there are two Chinese Canadians that crack the top five. Both made their fortunes in tech.

What I predict in ten years is at least one Indo Canadian to make the top ten. In twenty years, at the rate they are accumulating wealth Indo Canadians will dominate Canada's richest people list.
