Yep.  Had a buddy that for six years worked reliably for a company, but wanted better pay & benefits, so he found it with another employer.  Only once he put his two weeks notice in, did they decide to discuss an improved wage package with him.



He told them to go fuck themselves.

I know who my most productive employees are and I make sure their pay and perks match their contribution to my company. If I do not offer them a better compensation package my competition will.

Monday through Friday. Only Tuesday through Friday this week for Orientation. Saturday is for overtime if we super busy.
