True.

The car driver got what he deserved.  In fact, he should be charged with attempted murder, actually, swerving into the bike like that.

Bikers are always at fault, though, just like truckers...  Even though the general public is lucky at the amount of restraint most of us show...  I am both, and it's rare that not a day goes by where I don't think about putting my fist right through your fucking window, and pulling you out by your hair.

As Bricktop said...  Good luck finding the bike, and even if you do, good luck proving who was riding it!  Sometimes it's just better to leave the scene, and revel silently in your own personal satisfaction knowing this!

Somebody shit in the car driver's Cheerios.

Bricktop

Even if they do locate the biker, he was not the cause of the accident, nor was he involved.

There was no hit run.

The accident was caused by the stupidity of the car driver. Getting a love tap that causes NO damage from a biker is no justification for driving like a lunatic.

And putting a lot of lives at risk besides his own.

From my observation, the driver of the car panicked and jammed the foot on the accelerator. The impact against the guard rail on the left was indicative of a car under acceleration, not braking.

I'm guessing female.

And that is an educated guess.

Bricktop

Nope it was male.

Then it was a dumb male.

Asian, perhaps?

I somewhat disagree...

When the car turned abruptly to push the bike away, and then abruptly back again, it induced itself into a skid...  Once in a skid like that, it would be very difficult to recover, no matter if foot on the brake, or accelerator...

Bricktop

Except it ACCELERATED over the median strip into oncoming traffic. Up to that point they were doing what, 50mph??

Its all on the moronic car driver.

Both the Biker and the driver of the car should be charged since they crashed into a Chevy Avalanche  with a family in it and flipped it over on the HWY their is fault on bothsides esp if the bikker ran from the scene   makes it look even worse optically to the public so the car driver might come out looking better in this case.

So both should be looking at Criminal negligence and charged with Manslaughter, Reckless Driving ednagering the public  if anybody died from that.

Plus it was caught on Camera they proably already know who  the suspect is by now and making a solid case.

Canadian law defines manslaughter as "a homicide committed without the intention to cause death, although there may have been an intention to cause harm". There are two broad categories of manslaughter: unlawful act and criminal negligence.

Unlawful act is when a person commits a crime that unintentionally results in the death of another person.

Criminal negligence is when the homicide was the result of an act that showed wanton or reckless disregard for the lives of others

Some people like living dangerously, but I'm not one of them.

A handful of pachinko balls would have been better than kicking a car.
I've learned that if someone asks you a really stupid question and you reply by telling them what time it is, they'll leave you alone
