The media always runs stories that blacks are supposedly more likely to be victims of hate crimes.  But when you see how the charges are implemented they are so corrupt and biased and filled with double standards they can't be taken seriously.  Sometimes the lefties also  add Hispanic numbers to the white numbers to make it look worse for whites, and then subtract them out in other areas when it helps their arguments.  (they have all kinds of tricks they use)



if you look at the raw stats on crime, blacks commit way more crimes against whites than vice versa, here are the interracial murder stats.

A lot of people don't like the legal designation "hate crime" because it puts the motive behind it (not liking a race etc) as opposed to the actual crime, on trial .  Essentially a violation of freedom of thought/speech.



At the time of the  creation of  "hate crimes" that was a hotly debated subject.  I would like to see them gotten rid of as a category, but absent that, they should AT LEAST be enforced with objective standards.  But like almost everything the left does, they are not.

Near the beginning of the video @50 seconds one of the thugs says "fuck donald trump, fuck white people"



Its clearly a hate crime, but because the victim is white and the criminals black it won't be called that.  Whereas the other way around it certainly would.  I have seen many cases in Chicago alone where this has happened again and again.



The left loves their double standards, especially when it comes to race.
