Do you ever wonder about the people who live to be over 100 years old who respond to questions about the secrets to their longevity with "I drink alcohol every day" or "I smoke every day"?



Age is but a number. Old is how external factors make us feel when compared to immaturity.



Preventative medicine can be like digging Schrodinger's grave at times.

Keeping active is the best way of keeping the grim reaper at bay, aswell as avoiding being lonely.  That's one of the biggest killers, never mind unhealthy eating, smoking etc....

It's certainly a better idea than a sedentary life with no risque behavior, though.

I think so. Our bodies need time to rest and heal after excessive use.

If you dont let your body recover, you are gonna have repetitive strain injury.



Your cardiac muscle might get a strain injury too and you´ll die.
