Is TBC appropriate material for a 7th Grader to be around?

Nearly all forums have an 18+ stipulation for membership in their terms of service ostensibly to ensure all members are at the minimum, legal adults who've completed the necessary education to make them into functioning and contributing basic members of society.



That wouldn't be the case if someone skipped years worth of high school.
