I went to Canadian Tire today with my daughter to buy new Christmas decorations and London  Drugs to buy a Google Home Voice Activated Speaker Assistant..

It was so busy and I didn't  get the exact decorations I hoped to either..

Is anyone else  taking advantage of Boxing week sales?

kiebers

Nope. Not going to fight those crowds. Not worth it.
I've learned that if someone asks you a really stupid question and you reply by telling them what time it is, they'll leave you alone

I agree. There's nothing I need that badly. It's not worth it.

Bricktop

Not remotely.

I tend to avoid a consumer feeding frenzy.

Are Boxing week sales common in Australia?

Bricktop

Yes...although their appeal is waning. Searching for a car park, fighting the crowds, standing in queues just to save 5 bux isn't what its cracked up to be.

Hell no. I hate shopping to begin with. I aint driving into Saskatoon to do something I hate on my last day off until the end of March.

You got that right.

I did a little looking online, but I never left the house today.

@realAzhyaAryola

Hell no, is my answer. I do not fall in long lines and am allergic to crowds.

lol, I like that answer Azhya.

My philosophy is if I have to queue for it, I don't want it.

Canada beat Finland 4-2 at the world juniors today. I would rather watch that on my last day off until the end of March than crowds in frickin stores.
