Well Scouse, my brown toothed little friend, is Britain dismantling multiculturalism? Are countries like Canada and Australia becoming less diverse. Maybe your council  housing estate is still populated by inbred white baboons, but it's not representative of the changes in Britain as a whole.

I can see thinking Canada's immigration point system is working.  But America's immigration system and the UKs (and Sweden's Germany's and France's etc)are throughly broken and need to be fixed, otherwise these countries will be ruined.
