Not that I know of. It's just a subdivision. The canals are dead end canals and are there to handle the home owners boats. Lots of those kinds of subdivisions all along the Gulf Coast inshore bays. Might not be a bad thing to consider trying although probably not profitable.

~~I bought a vacuum packed kilo of rump but upon opening realized they stooged me and half of the steaks were 80 percent fat and quite small... this was the best of the lot...~~
