I've never grown veggies or anything, debating growing some German pink tomatoes this year, need to plant soon, its time according to the Farmer's Almanac.

There's a lot of satisfaction in growing your own veggies.

You got that right brother. The old lady and I haven't bought meat in years. We have free range cattle, chickens, and now turkeys. My nephews gave me some elk and wild boar meat that they shot. We produce our own honey and sell it. It is the life I tell ya.

Kinda like hunting and getting to enjoy the deer meat lol, except I get to do it in the warm sun instead of sitting in the cold

Awesome on the honey too, Im sure thats challenging to a degree. I always buy local honey, cured my allergies! And I dont get sick as often either, use to be a few times a year I would catch a cold, but now only once usually.
