Hard tacos are my favorite. It does require a certain technique of eating them, and some still falls lol. The trick is in the way to hold it, kinda cupping the rear of it lol.

The way I understand it, its the day that is celebrated for the US helping Mexico against the French. No big deal really to a degree, but I get to eat tacos and drink tequila, so Im celebrating  :laugh:

I made tortillas tonight...used fresh parsley and garlic...they were not bad but still not to my liking...



I need a cast iron pan and ingredient adjustments...one day..i make the perfect tortilla!!!

What recipe did you use and were they flour or corn?

If you dont have a cast iron, then you MUST get one! It is life changing lol. EVERYTHING fried will taste way better! Something magical about it lol.
