Angry White Male

...just received this in the mail today.

Let's see what I have to pay to the Township in taxes for my condo.

If I wasn't the primary resident (such as if I rented it out), I'd pay:  $2070.39

I am the primary resident, so I pay this:  $1,500.39

Senior Citizens get an old geezer discount, and they would pay this:  $1,225.39

Bricktop

So they should.

We carried you seedlings on our backs. Now you can repay thew favour.

Seems about right for your little girly condo.

You come to Vancouver, and we'll see what you can afford to buy!  Are you a Shaughnessy Boy?

Gonna invite me to your Shaughnessy Mansion?

Didn't think so!

I can't wait to sell and get outta here.  I'm a country boy at heart, and need some breathing room....

Pretty hard for anyone besides rich foreigners to afford a detached home in Vancouver.
