Nice places.  Although I didn't have the opportunity to get around that much when I went to Germany (wasn't of driving age), there was an immediate sense of culture and history there that you will not find in North America or in Australia, etc.



Sadly, they also happen to be the ones that are fastest at work to change that culture and history.
