JOE

....and here's what I saw....beautiful but disappearing tracts of land...wide open spaces....plenty of blond women...and overweight 30 something moms...as S'Mel has often described...

Culturally rich gems such as these...

If you are ever in Kindersley, you will see tattooed rednecks, pick up trucks, and pump jacks.

A 7-11 and a Wendy's. Beats caskur and old Brick's shots hands down. :laugh3:

Angry White Male

Looks like Joe was roaming around 200th Street just south of Hwy 1!

Here's some nostalgia for ya Joe...  On the East side of the road, kind of where the Wendy's is, there used to be an Esso station many years ago, when there wasn't much else there except farm land.

This Esso had a big happy face sign that the owner had put up.  It was always known as 'Happy Face Esso.'

Fast forward to today, and the area that you were in is still sometimes referred to now as 'Happy Face Village'...

I live five minutes from where you were today.

The Firebird was nice though...  Langley still has enough older Whitey's with money, so not uncommon to see older White peoples cars around here.

Vancouver gets a lot of rain in the winter. Not much snow.
