....in a large White limousine which looked like a White Stallion.

Very magnificent looking.

There was among them a bridesmaid who stood out among the others

She was young & pretty.

Very persuasive.

When she asked me to do something for her I felt compelled to do it.

She radiated with a charm & desirability

I think she shant be sngle for long

Some young guy will eventually nab her

Anyways she reminded me of a perfect moment in time

Anyways I just woke up.

I was exhausted after that ordeal

The limousine I was driving broke down & the company sent out a replacement vehicle for me to finish the trip.

Still, there was a loveliness & charm about that day which reminded me of Edvard Grieg's Wedding Day at Troldhagen:

Oddly I've never heard that song played at a wedding. Perhaps its technical difficulty is such that no one has the ability to play it live

Aryan

Joe I hear you live close to where they held the recent fag parade, I hope you didn't catch teh AIDSEE!!

I'd love to give Fashionista a limo ride one day.

However it's doubtful the poor Dear could even afford airfare let alone accommodation in Vanvouver.

I know times are tough in Alberta these dsys

Maybe when things pickup there or fashionista has enough money to take her dream west coast vacation, eh.

Its a CAR Joe.

There's nothing fulfilling about driving around in a primped up car. Especially when its not yours.

And especially when it never happened.

Given what it costs and takes to maintain those limos, no thanks.

I'd rather not own one at all. Thats like having a ball and chain...around your neck.

If ya want worry and stress, owning a limo is definitely the way to go. Yup a limo owner OWNS his own misery, thats fer sure!

You really have to love and dream of cars in yer sleep to own one of those things .

Driving them....thats good enough.

No insurance, car plates city permits,  maintenance, repairs, hard to get custom expensive parts to worry about.

Actually, the driver gets off the easy.  He just goes along for the ride & merely drives the damn things and doesn't have the worries which the commercial vehicle  owner/operator has. Once the shift is over the driver just drops them off in a yard, which looks like a big horse stable, a limo Barn. Theres a couple of big ones out where Mel lives in Langley. I've been to them.

Ask mel about being an owner of a commercial vehicle...he knows.

He thinks if he has a slick ride he might lose his virginity before he dies.

JOE

Oh and btw Herm I'll be happy ta give you a limo ride too...

....as soon yer released from that halfway house & after they git that ankle bracelet cut off from yer leg, kay? I knows with that danged thing on how it's difficult ta wander more than 20 miles out if the area an all.

Plus a $20,000 bond will be posted on your behalf would be appreciated for damages you might possibly incur during the ride, eh Herm? Knowin' how you like ta destroy things with yer fists an' all Bud.

But at least I'll make sure the bar is stacked with yer favorite barrel wash.

Once in jail, always in jail?

I did live there for a year.

Then again Joe, you could bill that baby out for $120/hour (plus tips), if you wanted to handle all the extra headaches!  But yes, you will be eating, sleeping, and shitting limousines!  It's not always fun...  Make sure you have good credit for operating expenses, which NEVER end either.
