Trust President Trump, following his familiar tactic of deflecting attention from yet another scandal by issuing some outrageous tweet, to come down hard on the wrong side of an issue he knows nothing about,

he didn't come down hard on anything, he said he wanted pompeo to look into it.  The obvious implication that he wants to find out more about what is going on.

His source was a grossly one-sided report by the Fox host Tucker Carlson asserting that the South African president, Cyril Ramaphosa, was seizing land from his citizens because they are the wrong "skin color."

Sorry RACIST New York Times--but  *BUZZ* wrong--. the South African government admits they want to take white land and give it to blacks.

and Mr. Ramaphosa's proposal to change the Constitution to allow expropriation of land without compensation has not yet passed.

YET is the word--because that is exactly what he is trying to gate passed.  An amendment to take white land with NO compensation.

There can be no question that South Africa's black people were long denied fair access to land.  

that's true, but the answer to that is not confiscate it with no payment.  It  would be perfectly reasonable or the government to give them half the value as compensation.  that would be a bargain for the government, would it not?  Instead what they did just recently is offer only 10% and then say, "take it or you will get nothing." (reminder- this is what the nazis did to the Jews just prior to the holocaust.)

They have already stated themselves they intend to take white owned land.  And they have pushed for an amendment to do so with no compensation.,  They are testing the waters, Widespread seizure of land is obviously just around the corner.

Well that is IF the SA government who keeps these statistics can be believed (they cannot) But even if true just because the numbers aren't as high as years ago, does';t mean they are not still way too high.  Although now that whites are going to get their land seized those numbers will probably rise again.

Not surprisingly, South Africa reacted angrily to Mr. Trump's tweet, saying it reflected a "narrow perception which only seeks to divide our nation and reminds us of our colonial past."

So we are to take the worked of those who are preparing to commit genocide?  So that they can quietly go about it undisturbed?  No I don't think so.  I think this needs to be watched very carefully.  because even though the RACIST New York Times doesn't care about them.  White people have rights too.

Sadly, it probably reflects even less than that — a clueless grasp at a racially tinged political diversion.
