I was wondering with this-- is it an attempt to propagandize for leftism? or is it a calculated move to get more money by appealing to blacks?



If its an appeal to blacks its hard to say whether enough whites will stop buying nike that they would lose on the deal.  (perhaps they have some focus group data?)  After all, whites are conditioned to behave non-tribally whereas blacks are conditioned to seeing everything through a tribal lens.

I haven't owned anything Nike in years.  Better products can be bought for the same or less from other manufacturers.



There is one exception to this though...  Certain Nike socks I will buy (US made), but you don't always find the US made ones everywhere.  These are quality socks.
