Quote from: "Bricktop"Don't be too pessimistic.

This is not the first time we've been down this path. There was a similar situation in the sixties and seventies, when if could be argued it was much worse, when domestic leftist groups adapted terrorism to push their perverted doctrines.

Italy had the Brigate Rosse.

Germany had the Baader-Meinhof group.

The UK had the IRA.

The US had the Symbian Liberation Army.

The PLO was active throughout the middle east and Europe.

These were violent, highly organised and equipped (courtesy of a very generous Soviet Union) leftist extremist groups that used terror within their own countries. Smaller countries, like Australia, were also attacked from within by socialist extremists, but to a lesser degree.

We are a long way from those days. I'm not saying it won't happen, but we've been here before, and we beat them down then.

Don't despair...they make a lot of noise, but at the end of the day their net effect on the world is minimal.

All of those groups were small and were universally condemned across the political spectrum.

Except Bill Ayers and the Weather Underground. He's been an academic for years and linked to Obama.

QuoteThe report, looking at fines data at Grand Slam events from 1998 to 2018, found that women were fined 535 times, while men were fined 1,517 times.

Women only outnumbered men in two categories over the past two decades — racking up 152 fines for coaching, compared to just 87 for men, and 10 no press fines, compared to just six for men.

Here are some of the biggest fines, from the (RACIST)New York Times:

Racket Abuse — Men 646, Women 99

Audible Obscenity — Men 344, 140

Unsportsmanlike Conduct — Men 287, Women 67

Verbal Abuse — Men 62, Women 16

Ball Abuse — Men 49, Women 35

Visible Obscenity — Men 20, Women 11

The biggest fine in which women were fined for more than men, coaching, is the one that Williams picked up her first penalty for during her loss to Naomi Osaka — which sparked the other two penalties.
