I'm pro life but there has to be a provision in the instance of rape. To a point.



Any woman who is a victim of rape should have themselves regularly tested after the event occurs and there should be a cut off point where this provision is no longer available. Probably at something like 16 weeks or something. Tops.



And even in such an instance it is still murder, but the government should stay out of it as this is a matter best left up to the victim and her maker.

I doubt that arrest would hold up in a court. A school campus is private property and the court would frown on a trivial incident like moving a sign 50 yards. Judges don't like stupid cases like this.

Let me say this... what would happen to a KKK sign there or a Nazi sign there. What would happen if that was shifted 50 yards? Would they still be calling it theft?

Lol she just took the sign out of a person's hand and walked away with it and even throw it off a rail, unless she owns the campus grounds she has no rights to take away other people's belongings or tell people what they can do or not do.



Even if she owned the campus she could still be arrested in this instance. Petite Larceny only requires intent and depriving another person of their property permanently.



In fact, in many states the distance the property was moved is completely irrelevant as is the surroundings
