I hate it when it gets into the high 30's here...

My biggest problem with that kind of heat, is a sweaty ass...  Nobody likes a sweaty ass, but how can you minimize that in high temps?

Chapped and chaffed asses is not how people were meant to live.

North Western Europe is where us White people should have stayed...  We now pay the price.

It's not as hot as you think because it's NOT humid... our high temps come with DRY conditions.

humidity is the killer. It can be 24 and humid and you think you're going to die.

I do not have to suffer 42.9 because I have refrigerated air conditioning. Refrigerated air con set on DRY takes all humidity out of the house.

I also live 3-5 minutes inland from the coast and we have a beautiful sea breeze coming off the Indian Ocean called The Fremantle Doctor.

Sea breezes are lovely.

Winnipeg gets muggy in the summer too. Still, it's better than our winters, and our Indians.

I see, it's 8:55 pm Wednesday night here in Tainan, Taiwan.

It's 05:00 here in BC, so I should be in bed, but hit up the prep and painting work late into the night, so now I drink, and live like a Vampire!

I'll have to go back to cold, snowy Canada in a few days..

It was twenty four degrees today....it'll be twenty seven on Friday..

I'll miss the weather and seeing my relatives again.

Try 42.9 like it was here yesterday.

Even in the summer, Taiwan doesn't get that hot..

But, it's very humid nine months of the year..

I like the pleasant winter climate here.

I remember Bricktop saying how long it took to get to Australia when he immigrated there as a child in the late fifties.

Most people still moved around on ships at that time...

Read this story... There is a vid in the news story too.

I know you do.

Consider yourself lucky though...  When my family emigrated here in the 1950's, travel was via ship...  to Halifax...  and then by rail to Vancouver.

You're up late Mel, or perhaps you're up early

I revert to insane schedules when left to my own devices...

I just finished prepping another closet for paint two hours ago, so now I get my drink on...

We know people who live in unincorporated areas.

Contrary to popular belief, the banjo's do not play in unincorporated areas...  Or do they?
