Bathroom tiles need to be replaced.  Probably $10,000 easily, since I have two bathrooms that need to be reworked.



I probably need to do another $50,000 worth of total work to bring shit up to my own standards.  House is completely livable, but I demand perfection.

Our house is nearly twenty years older, but my husband has updated everything, inside and out.
