An Australian man who accused his former boss of bullying in the form of flatulence has lost in court again.Quote from: "Guest"
David Hingst, a 56-year-old engineer, says his supervisor Greg Short at Melbourne-based Construction Engineering would regularly walk into his office and let rip, the Associated Press reports.
"He would fart behind me and walk away. He would do this five or six times a day."
Short said he "may have done it once or twice", but otherwise denied the accusation.
The case went to the Victoria Supreme Court, but was dismissed last year - the judge saying flatulence didn't constitute bullying.

Hingst appealed, seeking $1.87 million in damages, but the Court of Appeal blew the accusations back in his face on Friday.
