Check out this place on forty acres for only 3.5 million. That is half a million cheaper than it cost for the pool alone. The pool is awesome. The garage/shop is huge.

Vidor and Burleson, Texas are pretty damn white.  I'd probably look for a place there first, if I was to live in Texas.

If I was looking to buy a house in a town, I would look at things like crime, taxes, closeness to services, parks, and of course price, nut that is just me.
