I use to, but then I just started putting BBQ dry rub on them and putting them directly on the grill.



I need a new grill, mine's on it's last leg.

As long as stuff dont normally stick on your grill, you should be fine.



Fish can be delicate. Salmon can vary on its firmness. Tuna prolly the best to grill with no worries. With tuna I just brush it with some olive oil since its so flavorful already.
I've come here to chew bubble gum, and kick ass. And I'm all out of bubblegum.
