They get stupider and more hostile and irrational every day.
Where do you think they get their programming?

I have FB that I barely use because in always some level of restricted.
I can tell you though....on YouTube you can flip through Tik Toks or "shorts" and in 5 minutes wake up and realize 3 hours of your life vanished into a vortex much like happens when you shoot some quality heroin. It just GOES.
I have addiction issues and that shit can suck me right in and fuck with my mental health something viscious. Which is weird right? Its JUST short videos. But it does something to your brain chemistry that isnt healthy. The way I feel after any of that socail media shit isnt right. It causes a sense of impending doom and triggers PTSD symptoms. Yes. Short videos.
I dont do Twitter either. There are a few things I'll scroll through sometimes but I just dont get involved too much.

Tik Tok was made in China and that's enough reason for me to avoid it altogether. They're very good at placating the masses.
