They are still aggressive!!!! One attacked me in my tent once. Thats when I got the .44, cause I knew the .32 would only piss it off lol.
I've come here to chew bubble gum, and kick ass. And I'm all out of bubblegum.

Nice! I LOVE stainless revolvers! While I like the look of blued guns, I'm not a fan of their lack of corrosion resistance. I like to shoot my guns and not having to worry about the cosmetics is a big plus for me.

I have a new Anaconda with an 8" barrel. I wish I would have waited for a 6" to show up for sale but I was impatient. While it shoots pretty soft, the long barrel makes it a bit unwieldy and if you hold it out one handed for a long period of time, the weight causes me to tire and affects my accuracy.

Yeah 6" where its at. My 44 to me is not as accurate cause of the kick. It has a 5" barrel, but the weight of a 6". They cut off the extra inch, and dispersed it under the barrel. But I still dont think its as accurate as a 6". So I too wish I had got the 6 inch lol.

When my Dad passed a few years back, I inherited his Dad's pistol. I .357 that has never been fired, good as new, its nice, with pearl handles, in a custom wooden case my Grandad made for it, carved inside to hold it, and lined with fabric. I love it. SOOOOOO tempted to be the first to shoot it lol. Its over 60 years old. Also got a Western style holster belt, with the slots, to go with it. LOVE it lol.

I bought a new style 6" Python and a 3" Python. The action is awesome on those guns!!! The 6" shoots magnums with ease but the 3" has a lot of muzzle flip, even with rubber Hoage Grips. After 2 or 3 shots, you have to reposition it in your hands with magnums. 38's are real tame in either. I figure my wife can use the 3" as long as I keep it loaded with 38 JHP's. I also saw that they make it in a 2.5" now too!

My .44 got the rubber Hoage grips too. I dont like it much, but will do the job when needed. I much prefer a .357, as Im accurate as fuck with one at a way greater distance. I like the looks I get when I open carry the .44 though hahahahaha.

This might be hard to believe, but the 8" 44 mag has less recoil than the 6" 357 mag. I'd like to shoot a 6" Anaconda in 44 mag side by side with the Python 357 mag to see how they compare.

I also have a DEagle in 44 mag. It shoots easier than the Anaconda but its got a ported barrel and even with plugs and muffs on, ITS LOUD AF, plus you can feel the shockwave from the port travel through your eyeballs and enter your skull.  :crampe:

There ya go. You don't need a gun to handle a little black bear.

Interesting! But a longer barrel I would think would be less recoil.

lol

At the time, the thing was bigger than the tent I was in lol. He was swiping at the door, I couldnt get out! I jus yelled at it as aggressively and loud as possible, and grabbed the .32. Luckily it ran off.

Grizzlies are tough. Black bears are little pussies.

Odinson

Canadians have flocks of grizzlies on their backyards...

And still these two dumbasses went hiking without a gun or bearspray.

They had some GPS gizmo though that allowed them to send text messages.

Last message was SOS bear-attack... Bad.

The help is many hours away.
